PROBATE LAW

  • Administration of Estates: We represent executors, personal representatives, beneficiaries and heirs in the administration of estates in Probate Court. If you were appointed executor in a Last Will & Testament, we will need the original Will and an original Certificate of Death to start of the process of getting the Will admitted into Probate Court and the Estate opened. Gather the relevant documents and then call, email or chat to schedule a consultation with an attorney.

  • Guardianships and Conservatorships: We represent petitioners who seek to become guardian and/or conservator over a loved one or friend through a Probate Court proceeding. Often our client is either an adult child who is seeking to help an elderly parent handle their affairs or a parent who is caring for a disabled adult child.

  • Adoptions: We handle uncontested adoptions in Probate Court.
